If you regularly sleep on your right side, some believe it may place extra strain on certain internal processes, potentially contributing to discomfort or fatigue in some individuals.

Sleep is essential for both physical recovery and mental performance, but its quality is shaped by what happens inside the body during rest. Because sleeping positions are usually chosen out of habit, many people don’t realize that these small, repeated patterns may play a role in how refreshed they feel each morning.

While many people stick to whatever feels most comfortable, being aware of these factors may encourage better sleep habits and improved morning energy for some individuals.
